AT THE
LE ROUX GROUP

WE CARE

The “we CARE” initiative promotes the effective participation of previously disadvantaged individuals and communities in the broader South African economy.

The foundation of our existence is a shared sense of belonging. We are committed to each other by supporting and developing the communities in which we operate.

Our workforce plays a vital role in the continuous success of our business. Working in harmony and sustaining good relationships are of utmost importance as our chain is only as strong as its weakest link.

We entrust the careful and responsible management of our business to the hands of our employees. We endeavour to have a positive and unfading impact on the people and places we live and work.

We strive towards creating an environment in which communities and individuals are presented with opportunities to improve and take responsibility for oneself.

The Group’s estates all have day-care facilities and dedicated personnel to care for the children of the working families.

Housing communities on the farms are each governed by a peer-elected committee according to the rules of the community.
